New update totally kills the game!

Ive been playing this game over the last month and I absolutely loved it! With the new update, its gone from being a 5 star game to a 1 star game. Sure the graphics and screen characterization have gotten better, hence the 1 star rating. However, the game play has been absolutely thrown out of the window. The value of the cards in battle dont make any sense whatsoever!! For example a card that has a +53 goes up 2 notches and then a card that only has a -6, you lose 3/4 of your playing ability...who taught these guys fractions?? As well as you spend a lot of time gaining the 500 gold to acquire better players to be given 2 silver and 3 bronze players that you can get by ordinary game play!! I simply dont understand?? Theyve taken a fun game and completely destroyed it with this new update...absolutely disappointed!!
